What are we really losing?

To those blind bats that’s been brain washed by the PAD hooligans, we’re losing the sovereignty of our country, we’re losing a piece of land that can hardly be use for anything, we’re losing a temple that don’t even belong to us but the truth is, we have lost nothing of all that the hooligans had mentioned or the murdering Government that’s been using it as a propaganda tool to boost their support except the stability, the harmony between people, the people’s democratic rights, the Democracy of our country.

It is very clear to everyone in or outside of this country that Thailand had turn to today’s date with instability, division between Thais, political turmoil, coups all because of this issue of the temple being used by the PAD to topple a Democratic Elected Government and now again being use as a propaganda to boost their newly formed political party called New Politic Party.

How? How is it that those who consider themselves well educated be so blind, so ignorant that none of them can see what’s the real agendas of those who are behind this issue of the temple, how can they not understand they’re being played into the hands of them as a political tool.

Patriotism! What patriotism is there when the countries are so divided with unrest? What patriotism is there when our people are fighting each other in every corner of the street? What patriotism is there when there’s no freedom in this county? With no justices and law being use as a tool by the military, hooligans installed government, what patriotism are they talking about? With the country on fire itself, what soil are they trying to protect, what sovereignty are they fighting for? Is it not all a big God Damn joke?

To me, not until these so-called educated blind bats wake up from their washed brains (if they actually have any) this country will forever be in turmoil and they will forever be use as a tool by those hooligans and murderers.

Just tell me one thing that makes sense

If a normal people's elected government who had done no killing to its people and implements different kinds of reforms and road maps for the country to move forward , I will say “Way to go man if just not talking.” But for a government that was nominated in the Parliament with the help of the Military murdering its citizens of the Nation, and the world recognized PAD Terrorist installing it. I see not one bit of sense or logic behind it regardless of what they intend to do well for the country. It was human lives that died and injured under their administration and there can be no denials or excuses about it. As the Newly elected Prime Minister of England had said to its people “There are no excuses or what-so-ever a government can walk away with any killings in its administration”. So what the hell’s wrong with this England born, Oxford educated murderer Ai-Marks thinking and still holding onto the robbed seat, has he got no heart or no guilt? How on earth any human beings can have no shame to such extent I just don’t understand. I am basically speechless when coming to analyze him. He’s not even worth called Ai-Saat (A beast).

Let’s not go too far ahead or behind but just looking at a few issues to see if it make any sense to the educated society or even buffaloes..

1) The 5 Points Reconciliation Road Map…
With the 89 dead still fresh in every hearts and minds of the majority of Thais and hundreds still being locked up without charges or have been charged with breaking the SOE law while those Multi-colors and the PAD that came out during the same period still running freely, will any kind of reconciliation be acceptable to anyone with a common sense?

2) DSI freezing accounts of People funding the Terrorist…
I ask, had any Red leaders or anyone accused of “Terrorist” been confirmed or proven under the Law of Justice (If there’s any) that they are the “Terrorist”? If not, what right does the DSI have to freeze the accounts of the accused who was probably just donating (If they did) to the UDD Democracy Demonstration (under constitutional rights) with their free human rights to give as supports just like every True Thai citizen had done so throughout the UDD Demo days. Furthermore, 8 teams named by Ai-Mark had been setup to go into further investigation on funding the “Terrorist”. I do wonder whether it’s 8 more teams that needs to be paid…..!

3) The continuation of harassment of going after the reds…
Fine, if they think those reds that they’re going after are suspects of causing unrest to the country, they have the right to do so but how about the case filed in by the families of the dead and injured ones, what have they done so far? They were quick to apply for arrest warrants to arrest this and that and yet not one arrest had been made of the suspected murderers with pictures of proves all over the net….Again, I ask, If justice is not there, where comes the “Reconciliation”???

The second part “ Kanit plans to submit the names of about 10 people proposed for membership of his panel to Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva” if it needs to be approved by him, where can the “INDEPENDENT” word exists, will a thief calls himself a thief and ask the court to jail him?

The third part “Kanit had approached a number of capable legal experts and academics to join his committee, which would comprise about 10 members.” Legal Experts and Academics????? I honestly think the job description of the true Independent law enforcement has to be re-written from now on if that’s the case….it’s not even logical “Legal Experts and Academics” Hah!

5) National reforms by 2 idiots…(Names forgotten)

How can normal people such as us continues to read all those extortions that have been post on the news websites day after day when knowing our people and country are now being dominated by a bunch of Mafias that calls themselves the Government? It is very clear to every human being on earth except the blind bats of what those mafia’s are doing were just finding ways to get themselves off the hook of a massacre that happened in the last 2 months of April and May.

The Fact finding committee of the Massacre: Lead by a guy who does not have a clue of what he’s doing of whether he’s leading a reconciliation committee or a fact finding committee to hold the accountable for their massacre on our people. In other words, the issue is just being played around by the murderers. That’s one…

Committees are being set up to reform the country! I say, spare me “What in Buddha’s name are those murderer's talking about?” By all logical means, without the very first issue of the massacre being solved, what reforms are they talking about or are they just simply making excuses to put money into those so called committee members or better still, distracting the public from the main issue? That’s two…

The Thai Com issue, all of a sudden out of the blues, the murderers comes up with an idea to buy back the satellite for the excuses of national security!!! It’s been 4 or 5 years this Satellite’s been sold to a Singapore company by Thaksin, had there been any threat or damages on our country caused by the sale of the Satellite? If not, what’s the point then or was it just to shut the opposition up or simply just to make some money for their close aids? Whichever way one looks at it, it doesn’t make any logical sense at all to anyone with common sense. That’s three

86 or so people’s accounts had been frozen by the DSI without one bit of evidence shown to the public transparently that can prove those people were funding the reds and even they were, what crime have they committed bearing in mind that none of the so-called terrorist named by them are proven under the court of law as “Terrorist”. Just what right have they got under the law of justice to freeze people’s account just by their own accusation without proves of any kind? I can go on and on condemning them for what they're doing to this country and people, picking on every single word they bark with their mouths, pin pointing on every illogicality issues, accusations, distortions of facts they’ve made against our people they put forward to the public on a daily basis and I can condemn them for years for how they’ve twisted our justice system in this country but for now, I really do need a break before I go insane just by listening and reading their garbages.

For the above reason, I have decided to walk away from my computer for a while and head out for a holiday with my husband as advised, otherwise most of you in here will be seeing me participating in the FB or any forum from a nut house and I’m not joking, ever since April from the 10th onwards, I have not been sleeping properly and most of the time, I have to rely on sleeping pills, if you think Panda’s eyes are Black, you should have a look at mine. Not only that, even I’ve managed to close my eyes and falls asleep, my dreams are nothing but our red people and the murderers who brutally killed them, it’s scenes after scenes of horror that wakes me up in the middle of the night with a night mare.

Enough, my husband said…time to take a break and stop reading the news as for the moment, nothing in it will cheer you up except frustrates you more and more and I agreed………..So, boys and girls, I’m not chicken it out because of the threats this murdering government are implementing by the day but taking a little break to put myself back together and I suggest those who have the same problem as I to do the same, save what you got to fight for another day and I truly believe that day WILL come, it’s just a matter of time.

Let’s talk Common Sense

I’m sure most of you for the last couple of days have read the recent news about amnesty about to be granted for our red protesters who got arrested a month ago for protesting under the SOE law and the murderers thinks they’re making merit of granting such merciful act plus a sign to show they’re sincere about the reconciliation roadmap. Now, to the blind bats they will most probably buy that kind of rubbish but to me, I might be the buffalo that eats grass that they thought but I ain’t retarded like them.

Let’s just put a few logical issues into this so called merciful amnesty rubbish to see if it makes any sense at all.

1) They were arrested for defying the SOE put up illogically by the murderers to cripple their constitutional right to protest peacefully. So, why should they give gratitude to those who lock them up unreasonably in the first place?
2) “A sign of reconciliation of sincerity?” Well, simple question; Will anyone with common sense buy that shit?
3) The latest statement from this Tharit guy from DSI saying “The tens of thousands of people who joined the protests shall be spared legal action for violating the emergency decree.” I say let’s put that amnesty bullshit away and let’s see him upholding the SOE law they implemented and arrest those 10’s of thousands citizens and put them behind bars. How’s that for a challenge?
4) Though we all know the Law of Justice don’t exist in this country any longer but will the court dare to sentence those 4 or 600 plus civilians to 2 years jail term, what will the International community say not to mention how the buffaloes will react to it?
5) Another point that we should not forget is that the majority of Protester that’s been locked up are not under any charges yet except a few and the Law indicates that unless they’re charged within 30 days under detention, they will have to be released…so coming to a thought that those dogs haven’t place any charges on them (Not understanding the reason WHY on my side). Will that amnesty bull shit be needed?

All in all, basically to anyone who’s got a bit of common sense, this Amnesty BS is nothing but a another propaganda show to the blind bats.

I do wonder what the murderers will do if all that’s been locked up and that 10’s of thousand waiting to be arrested as stated by Tharit refuses that amnesty BS and decided to stay on to fight of what they’re accused. That will definitely be the “talk of the town” wouldn’t it?

Investigation on what?

On the accountable or how much time it needs to have the issue fade away with the help of the World Cup coming into place?

Regardless of whatever investigation there will or might be or how one sees the killings on the 10th and 19th April,2010 it is still a “Massacre” on Thais by the Government during the protest period of the UDD. It is understood by the majority that the proportion of death just don’t match with what the Government claimed by common sense. So what’s all that investigation is all about, of who are the true killers that murdered the top numbers of all crises in the history of this country called “Thailand”? Isn’t that a bit of a joke or an insult to our intelligence?

Hundreds of Thais are being locked up at the moment without charges and most arrest are being taken place but not one of the accused of the massacre was even called in for questioning, cos they’re the top of the Government Officials, then what law, road map and reconciliation is Ai-Mark’s talking about?

With evidence of all the photos, video clips presented on the net and eye witnesses inclusive of the International community and media, does it take an expert or a committee of crime specialist to investigate any further? If their excuse are a matter of “process under the rule of (LAW)”, then may I ask shouldn’t the accused be brought in to hear their charges as charged by the Public members involved?

If the UDD leaders have to answer to their arrest warrants just because the Government accused them of terrorism without proves, I see no reason of what so ever of why shouldn’t the same warrant be served on Ai-Mark and members of the CRES for mass murdering of our people which by facts they gave the orders of using live ammo on the protesters on National TV.

I hear the well educated Academics, human rights group, diplomats, International communities, Politicians all urging the Thai Government to set up an independent committee to investigate the truth of who are the murderers or what had happened. I say to myself “HUH”! Does all the dead lying on the ground without one piece of weapon on them not tell the story already? Do pictures and videos posted up on the net not speak a billion stories already? How glad am I that I’m not that educated and as important as people like them. At least I won’t be seen as idiotic as them of whatever I say or write.

An open letter to Ai-Mark the Solo Singer

I don’t know how an Oxford brain works but my brain works like this…..:

You’re calling Thais to join the so called Road Map of yours then may I ask whether you’re calling the minority of blind bats in Bangkok and the South or together with the Buffaloes in the North and Northeast??? Sure, if it’s only the minority of your supporter, I’m sure they’ll be blind enough to sing along with you but if you’re also calling on us Buffaloes , then come closer and let me slap you across your face telling you what I have to ask:

1) How the hell are you going to get the “RECONCILIATION” working when you have hundreds of our people locked up and missing unanswered?
2) How the hell are you going to get it working when you continue to shut our eyes and ears?
3) How the hell are you going to have us trust you when 89 of our fellow countrymen lied dead and almost 2000 injured left unanswered by you?
4) Where can we put our trust on you that you are sincere about reconciliation when the true PAD Terrorists are still running freely in this country?
5) Why should we go along with your song of “Road Map” when you label us as terrorist?
6) How can we join your road map when you have one of the supporters of The PAD terrorist as a Foreign Minister and a Coup Leader joining your party?
7) Why should we trust your sincerity when you prefer killing and injuring our people when you could have step down and let the 65 million Thais decide your fate or your popularity?
8) Without Justices in its original place not to mention equality in this country managed by you, how are you going to bring Reconciliation into place?
9) Unless you are Deaf, Dumb and Blind, you should be able to realize that you are the most hated PM in the history of our country that at least a minimum of 10 million of our people wants to see you dead under the law of justice. So by that reality, with you and your dogs still in place robbing our constitutional rights, in what definition can you define “Reconciliation”?
10) With your sweet talks which every single Thais with a clear mind knows it’s nothing but lies and distortion, how are you going to bring our people together with your so-called road map?

Ai Mark, there’s a saying probably you have never heard of that “it needs 2 to Tango”, without the majority of our buffaloes joining in and you doing the right thing that should come into place first, you are just living in your fantasy land as usual thinking its “Back to Normality”.

Tum Gor Pit, Mai Tum Gor Pit

Yeap! Damn if I do and Damn if I don’t. With the latest incident of the police force dispersing the handicaps, I’m sure the first reaction of the people (including me) is to condemn the cops of what they’ve done. It’s only natural but when I sat down and thought about it, there just might be another story behind it.

Now, we all know that Ai-Mark and the Cops are not really in good terms especially during the UDD protest in Bangkok, not only Ai-Mark complaints the cops standing idle in many occasion but also the general Bangkokians. So, what happens then? Ai-Mark decided to reform the Police force since he can’t nominate his own preference with all the Bangkokians echoing with him as usual. To me, that’s adding fuel to the fire already burning inside them.

Don’t get me wrong that I’m defending the Cops of what they did to the handicaps but I’m just putting out another theory that just might make some sense to it. To me, the whole thing is a revenge making use of Ai-Mark’s words on S.O.E and Cops are going against his orders.

Has anyone read any reports that the Cops made any attempts of negotiation before they disperse the 200 disables? No right but just warnings….Why then? They negotiate basically with every protesters but not this time, why? Well, it sounds to me like this. They did it purposely using the so called "Law" of Ai-Mark’s and they're far more ready to answers to the public criticism (Knowing in advance) will be “We were ordered to do our jobs by Ai-Mark with the S.O.E in place regardless of who the protesters are. Full Stop, period. Go talk to Ai-Mark if you want further answer", by that they have done nothing wrong but following orders just like the soldiers shooting at the protesters. Can they be that clever is for you to decide.. ;)

Yes, it’s a theory but with their past behavior towards the murderer Ai-Mark tells me such theory are more likely to be true but still, the judgment is yours.
